HIGH5 Energy Gel with Electrolytes is a carbohydrate energy gel for runners, cyclists, triathletes, and endurance athletes who want a gel format that includes added electrolytes. Each 60g sachet provides 23g of carbohydrate, 0.22g salt, magnesium, potassium, vitamin B6, and a smooth fruit-juice-based texture for training sessions, longer rides, runs, and race-day fuelling plans.

Choose Raspberry or Tropical in single sachets or a box of 20. The portable sachet format fits easily into a running belt, jersey pocket, transition bag, or gym bag, making it simple to plan fuel around session length, course access, and personal tolerance.

Directions of use

Refunds
